Me looking nice 'n egg-like after my workout tonight. Climbed 50 floors at 60 spm, which ended up being like 15 minutes of the stair master. Finished with some abs. I never rant. Buuuut, I will now. Im not a trainer. I've never said I was nor acted like one. I leave that up to the pros because, if done wrong, could really screw you up. But, for those who know me well enough, I routinely get paralysis by analysis when researching things. That happened with me starting this trek, making sure I know what is right for me and that I'm not wasting time so I'm fairly certain I know how exercises should be executed. Yet again, however, I notice people attempting weight that they know they shouldn't (but want to for whatever reason) and I know they shouldnt. How can my non-trainer eyes tell? Because their form sucks. I mean, really sucks. Sucks to the point of "How are they not hurting themselves?". I'm very certain that I can swing a 70lb dumbbell into a full curl. A curl, though, should not be on "Back Day", nor "Shoulder Day". A curl should be on "Bi Day". But, alas, there are the guys that are built (at least they look like they are) who are doing this which begs the question "How in the hell does that happen with the way you're doing that?". Girls too. But obv not as much as the men. Alas, I've seen both sexes do it.
