Did quads this morning. My knee hurt a bit, so I did lighter than usual, especially with the squat. Very basic workout, three sets each exercise: leg extension, squat, vertical press, reverse hack squat, incline leg press, abductors, adductors. Then some stretching, even if I prefer to do it separately, that makes me feel relax.
