This pullover machine has been a staple in my back development for years. Some gyms have it and I never see it being used.
The way it’s set up doesn’t really feel comfortable and doesn’t target the lats properly.
So this is my variation. Just reverse your grip and grab the safety bar as a handle.
Immediately turns it into the old school nautilus that Yates used in blood n guts.
Make sure you raise the seat up or else you’re going to be getting a lot of teres/shoulder work.
