Growing up, I played soccer, basketball, and volleyball. People are always surprised to hear I didn’t play softball. But, I fell in love with baseball after watching both my dad and brother play for years. .
Once I started working in baseball, the park life felt very “familiar” to me. With no pun intended, it felt like an extension of home. First, it was the @MiLB
field I worked at and now it’s Fenway and Sloan Park. .
I can’t thank the Cubs organization enough for continuing to make me feel like part of the family. .
If you’re visiting Sloan, please do yourself a favor, stop by guest services, and say hello to Harry & Keith. Or, if you see @clarkthecub
, then say hey to Nicole, who is more than likely close by! You probably won’t see the woman who makes it all look seamless because she’s working hard to make sure everyone has an incredible experience. But, if you do enjoy your time there, let someone know that it’s thanks to Lauren! #90feetfromhome
