Wanted to post this morning's breakfast so here it is! Covered all the bases here. Eggs sauteed in olive oil and minced garlic with spinach, green peppers, and onions. Plain oatmeal with vanilla almond milk. And of course, the icing on the cake: THICK CUT BACON BABY. 😬 It's making me want breakfast for dinner bc let's be real: breakfast food is anytime food! 😋

My daily NOT TO DO LIST & TO DO LIST:
1. Allowing my energy to be used in the wrong place.
2. Distract my mind from my priorities
3. Use time inefficiently
4. Keep my monsters and demons in chains. Not feed them.
5. Count my worries or distress.
My Daily TO DO list:
1. BE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING, good or bad. Any thing considered negative CAN be changed into growth.
2. Say NO to ALL THINGS that are not in my top 5 priority.
3. LAUGH at myself and my ambitions.
4. Educate myself.
5. Chill out at 6 pm, shut off the world, just BE. And eat a delicious dinner with dessert every day!

were back after months away from Golds and it was awesome to kinda show I gained my muscles back after my hamstring surgery. Last time I was on crutches! (They probably didn't think about that since I am not the center of the universe but it was on MY mind! It's now past one year after surgery and I'm back muscle wise where I was before I took months off! Patience is a virtue and that virtue I have. )

) - How I handle fear:
I do things that scare me.
Yesterday being alone with the cat and the shaking starting I told myself NORDIN!!! THIS IS YOUR ADRENALINE ADVENTURE.
Earthquake stronger than the one on fourth of July...That one was the biggest one since long before I was here.
And no, don't start the ridiculous 'God punishes America' crap.
Since I can't afford going to Russia to fly another MIG-29 to edge of space and doing my favorite Cuban 8s, I choose to embrace the earthquaking right now as MY daily adrenaline experience.
The good thing with earthquakes is every time we don't die in one or anything for that matter we feel MORE alive than ever.
When it comes next I have my motivational speech for me to read out to the cat.
Got my bag packed and water stocked for days and whey protein powder for MONTHS... So here's to never let fear hold ME down. I just take it hostage.
