It's official. I still suck at bench. 385x3 for a baby PR. Happy with this considering how I've been taking care of myself lately... Which is not good to say the least. #fueledbyhviii
Monday Morning Love to you All!
Returning to work this morning at a new location. We moved offices while I was away.
This vacation and trip has been rejuvenating and has shifted my mindset and perspective in a way I didn't know I needed. Being in the routine of working Monday to Friday and all the extra things that go with that lifestyle has given me excuses not to do the things that I need to do. But this is a reset. A chance to create new habits and opportunities to grow and change. It would be easy to just settle back into the groove I had created. But I don't want that.

- Conservative Single Wide Grip Bench against 2-board (which for me = STUPID rang of motion 😂) @ 325# I definitely had more, but got a little worried without a spotter lol
- Floor Press @ 50%+25% chains
- SSB (no handles) @ 50%+25% Bands
- Conventional DL + quaded Minis @ 40%
