I will be hosting my next Challenge Group (fitness help group) in just a couple of weeks. Just in time for fall clothes shopping! My Challenge Groups are online support groups with people just like you. Some challengers are local and others are from around the country. Everyone there is on their own health and fitness journey, not unlike yourself, so it's a great place to make friends and help each other with motivation and accountability.
