I used to work at a fancy toy store/boutique situation, and I distinctly remember a rich woman wearing silk pajamas waltzing in on a Saturday morning, with not one but TWO toddlers in tow. My biggest aspiration, truly, sincerely, above all else, is to have these pajamas and the confidence to wear them in public 👯♀️🎶
The city looks so different from 66 floors up! A couple of weeks ago I was invited to an event by @appintheair
at the @twahotel
Lounge on the 81st floor of 1 @wtc.
While the theming there on the 81st floor was great, the views from the sky lobby on the 66th floor were extraordinary.
First picture is the Oculus and 3 WTC.
Second picture is looking towards midtown. In the foreground you can see what we all like to refer to as the “Jenga building.” Last picture is looking towards Brooklyn, with the Brooklyn (right) and Manhattan Bridges (left). The building in front of the windowless building is the @woolworthtours
Building, the first skyscraper in NYC and the twisty building is @n.y.bygehry.

Mondays are always better with a view 🏙🐶

“An excuse is nothing more than a self-imposed roadblock.” To say, I could have skipped this morning’s workout is an understatement. We’ve been getting in minimum 25,000 steps each day here in Krakow, and my legs are EXHAUSTED! But I’m not letting that stop me. I went at a slower pace and modified when I needed to and got it done!
It’s all about listening to your body! My body still wanted to move but not at that fast of a pace. Even if it means you need to slow down, don’t give up! You are worth it!
We are half way through the year! It’s so crazy to even think that, but we are! Are you happy with your health and fitness right now?? If you’re not, maybe it’s time you join our July bootcamp accountability group! We would love to have you there!
