These deadlifts did feel good, however watching it back I think I definitely need to be starting with my hips a lot lower! My quads are still definitely a weak point for me so my back loves to takeover whenever it can. 🧜‍♀️ 🤸‍♀️ 🦄 🏋️‍♀️

😝 3AM, DRUNKEN DEADLIFT 😝 ▫️▫️▫️▫️ Over a year ago now when I first pulled 200kg at age 16 after a night out... ▫️▫️▫️▫️ So why am I reposting this? ▫️▫️▫️▫️ Well, it’s to try and persuade you to stop making excuses.. ▫️▫️▫️▫️ Obviously I’m not expecting you to train at 3am in the morning whilst drunk... ▫️▫️▫️▫️ However, I do think too often people find reasons not to train.. ▫️▫️▫️▫️ If you wake up one day and don’t feel 100%, you CAN still train.. ▫️▫️▫️▫️ It’s the little sessions here and there that will make the difference 💪 ▫️▫️▫️▫️ So all I ask you take away from this is.. ▫️▫️▫️▫️ Next time you feel like missing a session, DON’T miss it and instead go and make something of a session... ▫️▫️▫️▫️ A 50% session is better than no session 👊 ▫️▫️▫️▫️ “If you want to be better than the rest, you gotta try harder than the rest” ▫️▫️▫️▫️ 👤 @oep_fitness
PAELLA RECIPE 🥘🤤 . So I posted this on my story the other day and I got tones of requests for the recipe ☺️. So here it issss!! 🥳. Scroll right to see: . 1️⃣Ingredients 2️⃣Method 3️⃣Each daily portion’s measurements (using MyFitness Pal here) 4️⃣Macro breakdown of each daily portion . . I got the idea for this recipe from the @bodiesbyrachel app and then got the recipe from BBC good food 😋. The only change that I made to the recipe is I added 960g of uncooked chicken (=660g when cooked) in order to meet my macros instead of . .
