Traveling for the 4th of July or maybe you just don’t wanna be in the gym because you’d rather be out eating a s’more? Same lol. Workouts like this one are PERFECTO for the busy times of the year when being in the gym sounds unappealing AF. When doing a workout like this, I don’t do cardio on top of it, I just try to keep my step count above 12k 🤙🏼 Circuit explained below. I rested 1 min between each round and did FIVE rounds.
1️⃣ side plank: 30 seconds right side, 30 seconds left side
2️⃣ floor touch squat jacks: 1 min
3️⃣ plank walk down to push-up: 1 min
4️⃣ single leg stat crunch: 30 sec each side
5️⃣ toe reaches: 1 min
