Delt training #2 , from 2 weeks ago with my homie/client @derrickmeadors . I train delts twice a week so you can’t obliterate them or you will overtrain. I get a lot of questions about delts and how I train them so here you go with delt workout #2 (3-4 sets each exercise, 8-15 reps): 1) Hammer strength front press 2) DB side laterals (drop sets) 3) Upright Rows 4) Smith machine shrugs Front delts get hammered on chest as well so no need to do more than 1 exercise for them IMO. The DB side lateral drop sets are the key to this workout. I do rear delts with back so they aren’t done on delt day.
