I will try a fruit detox for 10 days. I will eat fruits , berries, celery and kale and spinach/salad vegetables and Tea. I already eat a lot of fruits and veggies but now I will avoid all meat/protein and added fats for a few days and see if I feel some detox effect. It will be much juicing as well and probably avocado if I need to get content.. But lets see how it goes. Have you tried it? I have never tried a detox before and I have been thinking about trying for a few years but have thought that I will not make it.
