☆Bronzed Sockeye Sliders☆
We start with fresh line-caught Sockeye Salmon, and bronze it with cajun spices in drawn butter. We add that over some baby arugula, and a creamy lemon dill sauce, stacked on @bigedsartisanbread
slider buns. Served with choice of fries or green salad.
This special takes us way back to when Hillary and I first met, before we were together. I used to make bronzed Salmon for her at the restaurant we worked at, and I'm pretty sure it might be the reason she FINALLY agreed to go on a date😅 Fast forward 21 years and here we are!
Anyways, these are here until they aren't. And they pair awesomely with @bridge99brewery
