Who doesn’t want to build bigger arms? Having big biceps and triceps is key to having an impressive physique. Plus, it gives you something to brag about if you need a quick ego boost.
The upper arms, which include the biceps and triceps, are quite small compared to most other muscle groups. So how exactly do you go about building bigger biceps and triceps? Lots of people try all types of crazy stuff to accomplish this goal, only to meet eventual disappointment because they have no clue what they’re doing.
So, the purpose of this post is to provide some practical arm training tips and advice for adding size to your biceps and triceps.
Don’t Ignore the Triceps. The biceps is only one part of the upper arm. It’s the smallest part of the arm; the triceps make up about 2/3 of the arm’s mass, while the biceps make up just 1/3. So don’t ignore the importance of exercises that stimulate the triceps.

BCAA Splash Peach Mango Rings
If we are talking simply about flavor, this might be the best tasting supplement I've ever had. This tastes like liquid peach rings. I don't get any sort of mango taste though. Either way it's not too sweet. This is a premier product when it comes to taste.
The formula itself is no frills. It's a basic bcaa formula with the addition of a gram of citrulline malate and 2.5 grams of glutamine. I'm not a big fan of glutamine for muscle building purposes. Also the gram of citrulline malate isn't a significant enough of a dose to illicit any sort of pump. I would rather have them remove these ingredients as they aren't going to do a whole lot for you.
I really enjoy this BCAA, that being said I'd love to see them try making an EAA. With their flavoring, I know they could hit it out of the park. If you're a fan of great flavoring, I highly recommend checking them out. They also have some crazy flavored proteins as well which I should be reviewing soon as well. I'm excited to see if these live up to the hype as well.
