Melt away fat using radio frequency💟
Radio frequency works by focusing the RF energy to increase the temperature of the fat cells in both, deep and superficial layers of fat. After treatment and release of liquid fat, the fat cells shrink in size and skin is restored closer to its original form. Radio frequency for fat reduction is an excellent treatment for clients who aren't suitable for cavitation and do not have at least 3cm of deep fat to loose. This is also great for cellulite as RF works to flattens fat cells resulting in a smoother appearance of the skin and reduce cellulite 👏#fatmelting #lasersydney #carneshill #fat #belly #summerbody #goals #weightloss #cellulite #lovehandels #diet #water #excerises #radiofrequency

This week’s Saturday stretch is all about strengthening the doesiflexor and evertor muscles of the ankle. This exercise is good for anyone who has weak ankles or who performs a lot of sport (specifically sports that require change in direction). This exercise is called a figure 8 exercise. To do this exercise and improve strength, you require a theraband (usually starting with a red or green theraband depending on you base strength levels).
This exercise is generally used when rehabilitating an ankle injury but also is very good for prevention of ankle injuries.
Dorsiflexion is the movement of your ankle where your feet point towards your head when lying or to the ceiling when sitting. Eversion is when your ankle/foot rolls out and away from each other.
To perform this exercise, watch the video below.
Start in a seated position and tie a theraband into a circle. Twist the circle so it makes a figure 8 shape. Place each foot into one of the figure 8 loops. Then place your feet roughly hip width apart and keep them flat on the floor. Start by lifting your toes off the floor but keep your heels on the floor. Then slowly turn your feet out to the side, away from each other. Then slowly bring you feet back to the centre and then lower your toes back to the ground.
Throughout this exercise, you should keep a smooth movement, do not let the theraband jerk you. Also ensure throughout this movement that your knees stay still and all the movement is coming from your ankles. This exercise is about performing the correct technique, not making the biggest movements.
Perform 10 repetitions of this exercise and 3 sets throughout the day.
If you have an injury, please check with your physiotherapist before performing this exercise.
