I bet that I will get less likes on this post. But that's okay. This post is meant for people who have been suffering from staying consistent with their weight loss goals. 🧐
It's all about changing your perspective 🔭 towards your weight loss goals. As you start on a deficit diet, you will see major weight loss. But as the weeks progress, you'll see less and less weight loss. This happens as your body adapts to the new calorie limits. You're still losing weight but at a very slow rate now. 📝Side Note:- This is a really good time to introduce a diet break to reverse any negative impacts to BMR because of a low calorie diet.

Anyone that knows me, knows I DO NOT play around. When I want something, I GO GET IT. The vacation is OVER for me!! My schedule is about to become so demanding!! But that’s okay, I work best under extreme pressure!
I just signed up for an ISSA certified personal training course AND ISSA certified NUTRITION course that I will hopefully have completed by the end of the summer, along with my CPR/AED/FIRSTAid !!! AND I applied to start Culinary school in the fall on top of it!
When an opportunity lands in your lap ... you don’t wait around. YOU take action... or that opportunity will go to someone else who is willing to take action. The opportunity of MY WILDEST dreams came to me. And even though I feel I’m pretty good at what I do currently, I was told I need the legit credentials to back me for this opportunity to become a reality. SO, credentials... HERE I COME!
By this time next year I will be a Certified personal trainer, with a certified Nutrition certificate, and a certificate in CPR/first aid/ aed , AND a one year degree (on my way to a 2 year degree in Culinary arts! AND hopefully some other exciting things (the reason for these credentials) that I will wait to announce!! Go after it, or sit back and watch someone else who will!!

A few tips for B A L A N C E ❤
❗Try and subtitute here and there. Example:
If you're attending two barbeques, maybe at ONE of them instead of cake🍰, you have fruit for your sweet tooth.🍍
Or try wrapping your burger in lettuce instead of bread at another 🍔
❗ Stay hydrated.💧 It will help you stay satiated & avoid confusing hunger for thirst.
❗ Multiple events??
Example: 2 brunches & a BBQ?? Choose a favorite event [I love brunch] to eat freely and the other two to substitute healthier options.
🌟Notice none of this advice included extremes such as starving yourself or skipping out. Participate in your life but, try & practice some self control.
