I learned this watching Youtube!
Do a set with a moderate to heavy weight, then drop the weight in almost half and do DOUBLE the reps that you did on your 1st set! If you can’t do it at once, take a 5~10secs break and do it again... So in the video I got 6 reps on my 1st set, then I dropped the weight and kept repping until I got 12! It’s okay to take breaks, you’ll prob have to 😂 but you can’t leave until you finish it!

Killed it today! AND had the privilege of helping someone with a physical disability get their workout in too! Just by chatting and giving a hand and changing weights for them...I CANT WAIT till I am a nurse ♡
