Flat Bench press✌🏻👊🏻🤛🏻💪🏻 The flat barbell bench press is the most common exercises used in the gym. It is the staple exercise for building muscle mass and strength in the chest.
The primary muscles that are worked in a bench press are the pectoralis major, triceps brachii and with the anterior (front) deltoids, traps & back as secondary muscles.
I recently started focusing on compound lifts after recovering from my hand injuries, doing progressive load and following my program with full focus now., Here in the video my friend @taher_3xd @strength.leagues
provided me the A1 spotting and pushed me to go heavier than my last week lifts💪🏻
I will be focusing on my compound lifts for the next one month and post my progress as soon as I record some nice videos 🙂😉
This was the third last set we practiced & I can finally do 2 plates again for 2 reps.
