Si hay algo que disfruto es levantarme tranquila, prepararme el desayuno y si está lindo tomarle fotos, luego se las comparto por acá. Me gusta que lo que llevo a mi cuerpo se vea bien, no sólo armo la escena para retratarla, así lo disfruto más y mi cuerpo asimila mejor todos los nutrientes. . . Ayer a la noche pensé que hoy sería un buen día para romper el ayuno con un chia pudding, asi que preparé, por cada vasito de leche de almendras unas 5 cdtas de chia (@sana_synperu ), vainilla y miel, mezcle bien y lo metí en la heladera; a las 2 horas lo revolví y luego me fui a dormir. . . Hoy al levantarme, mientras esperaba los 20 minutos luego de tomar mi agua con limón lo termine de armar. Tosté semillas de girasol y de zapallo (me encanta el aroma de recién tostadas) y se las agregué junto con un puñado de frambuesas y arándanos silvestres de @bayasperuanas que compramos el domingo en la @feriaecologicabarranco . Es la primera vez que pruebo estos arándanos y no puedo explicarles el sabor, bien dulces pero ácidos a la vez, deliciosos. Estuve leyendo que se trata de una vaya nativa de Perú que crece a 3800 msnm en el altiplano andino, wowww estoy maravillada. Todavía tenemos unos cuantos así que creo saldrá un rico dulce. . . Breakfast always seems to be the one meal that needs a little love and attention. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Gnome sayin' ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ That's why I have to share my soul satisfying Oatmeal Chia Seed Pudding with Cooked Pear, Maple Syrup and Walnuts with your fine self 🍐🥣 Your body will thank you.⁣⠀ ⁣⁣⠀ ✨The Magic Ingredients:⁣✨⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 1/3 cup oatmeal (steel cut oats)⁣⠀ 1/4 cup chia seeds⁣⠀ 3/4 unsweetened almond milk⁣⠀ 2 cooked pears (fresh or canned)⁣⠀ 2 tsp maple syrup⁣⠀ 1 tbsp walnuts⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ➡️ Cook steel cut oats. Combine chia with almond milk. Let sit for 10 minutes. Add oats, pears and walnuts with chia mixture. Drizzle with maple syrup and devour. Seriously. 3x a day is needed to have more serotonin production and actually feel happier, cause the majority of serotonin is made in the gut. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ✨ 3) Pears are the best moisturizer for the lungs! 🍐 So if you've been dealing with sinusitis, dry cough with/without yellow/green mucus or wake up between 3-5am, then you and pears need to elope. Pears reduce heat & increase the mucosa lining in the lungs/sinuses, which house all probiotics.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ✨ 4) Not only does chia lower blood sugar, but it's a soluble fibre which means it grabs onto bad cholesterol and toxins and removes them from the body! ⁣↪️⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ The pear chia combo is really everything I want in a partner.
