Vid2 More technical w/ load • So now we have added weight, we are looking at lifting from the floor, hitting from the hip and into a high pull. Vid3 Lift sexy • If I didn’t explain well enough in the video, just take your time, do it slow, right.. and look sexy. - Love what you do, or probably don’t do it...

Lol I didn’t get to record my workout this morning but here’s a dirty mirror picture at my gym lol but the workout was: Clean and press 5x5 Shoulder press and front lateral raises (superset) 30,8,6,4,2 going heavier each set Barbell shrugs and side lateral raises (superset) 30,8,6,4,2 Seated curls 30,8,6,4,2 Skull crushers and overhead tricep 30,8,6,4,2 Close grip bench press 30,8,6,4,2 And finished the workout with abs 5x30 Leggings are from @elevatedmindsetapparel And I still have yet to get their new leggings from their recent release 😭😭 their leggings are sooo nice and great quality !! The full clean and press broken down in descriptive stills - #trainwiselifestylewithfitnesscoaching values the strategy #breakdowntobreakthrough - The initial lift is the explosive deadlift - tip - if your not exploding through speed momentum and you find the bar almost “sticky” in its travel, the bars too heavy - That responds to another @trainwise value - #itsnotabouttheweightitsabouttheway - Then you have the clean phase - tip - you run the bar very close to body to keep you compact and you have more of a chance of impact and success - Then you need to receive. As you can see #valuedclient @husbandpeter in the 3rd still as he receives the bar, he automatically dips down with an intentional squat - tip - this can only be done with momentum. Stagnating in stages will not serve you well - Moving down and continuing on with the squat (where in this case ends at the box) the tip here is to keep compact still. Get those elbows to slightly protrude forward and bar can be “safe” on the clavicle - hold your breath as you go down to be “tight” and compact for the explosion up - Then lower body dominate explode and drive the bar up - tip - the momentum coming from the force of the legs/lower back/core should be carried and like a baton on a relay race be giving the momentum and drive to the upper body - Finish with the position that you would adopt when you’re called the #winner - Be aware of the descend and have somatic with autonomic control - #cleanandpress #explosion #application #execution #compact #unit #tight #olympicbarbell #deadlift #clean #recieve #squat #drive #barbellpress #celebrate #championclient
