Absolutely monumental day for me. 405lb squat at a bodyweight of 195lbs, I don’t know what else to say besides I apologize for my screaming but for anyone who power lifts they know all too well how regular it is. First day of the meet couldn’t have gone better and I’m so thankful for all my friends who are there by my side everyday to hype me up, slap my back, scream at me, and just act as pure motivation. So here’s to a huge PR and a huge week ahead, nothing left to do but crush bench and deadlift later this week. Keep grinding!💪🏻

Live in a way that represents your core values! Think about it. What’s important to you? Family and Fitness are on the top of my priority list. Next would have to be my faith and strengthening my relationship with God - including moments of the day to be grateful and silent. Another thing that’s important is how well my body is functioning - energy levels up? Is my mood high or leveled? Last but certainly not least is FUN! ...and you know what’s fun for me? Drinking beer and eating food 🤣👋
Bonus points for drinking + eating with family - because family is a core value! Before the 🍕🍻did you get a workout in, did you give thanks for your many blessings today? How are you feeling...and more importantly how do you think you will feel tomorrow? .
