Some days are better than others. Some are more stressful. If you feel like you are going to have a breakdown. Take a deep breath, think about what the problem is and work through it. This helps me when dealing with anxiety and stress. I take a moment to reflect on why I am feeling this way and once I have an understanding of the issue, I pray on it and take steps to calm myself down…. You are doing great and keep up the good work!
