Day 21! Today was supposed to be a rest/recovery day..... But I missed yesterday’s workout. 😥 I should have done it, it would have made me feel better. I had ZERO motivation. I felt lazy and tired. I know 100% if I would have pushed through and done it, it would have changed my day for the better. But I let it win. But I didn’t let that feeling of defeat carry over into today. I crushed it and was completely soaked in sweat. It felt awesome and helped clear my mind. If you are in need of a change, let me know and give this a shot!
Core work remains my most overlooked area. So I’ve been trying to place better focus on getting the necessary work in. Little changes during training make a big difference on race day.
