Hey guys 👋🏽 first things first let’s get into tonight’s dinner recipe the first thing we will be going over is the bacon wrapped tenderloin and shrimp!! * The bacon already came wrapped on mine be sure to keep a tooth pick or blue meat holder in it as you cook your tenderloin so it does not unwrap during the cooking process.
Meat prep: approx 10 mins 1st: Wash off your meat both sides with cold water. Then place meat on cutting board or non stick aluminum foil and damp dry with a paper towel. 2nd: Season both sides I used, (optional) salt, pepper, lawry’s “seasoning salt” garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, cayenne pepper, montreal steak seasoning just one teaspoon of all of them. Keep in mind this is optional you can use which ever seasonings you like. 3rd: Preheat your grill approximately 15/20 mins on medium to low heat. Cook for about 15/20 mins depending on how you like your steak flipping them on each side in between that time.
Now for your shrimp 🍤
Shrimp prep approx: 10 mins
1st: Wash off your shrimp then place on a cutting board or non stick aluminum foil, then damp dry.
2nd: Peel shrimp leaving on the tail (optional)
3rd: Season your shrimp be sure to move them around as you season to get them good on both sides. I used (optional) old bay, salt, pepper, paprika, gralic powder, and parsley. Keep in min this is optional feel free to use whatever seasoning you like.
4th: On medium heat in a sauce pan add two tablespoons of butter and a tablespoon of minced garlic
Let melt then add your shrimp let cook for about 2/3 minutes on each side. *Sorry guys I tried to get the whole recipe on one post but it didn’t work the sides to this recipe will be on a different post!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you all again and be sure to tag me in your post if you try this recipe!
