You what to know the key to success? The big secret. The thing people won’t tell you? Here it is...ready? The key to long term success is dedication to doing the boring stuff. 🚲 That’s it. You know the difference between someone who is fit and someone who isn’t? Chicken breast. 🐓 That’s it. There is literally nothing sexy about it, just sexy results. 🔥🔥🔥 Everyone is sold into this idea that they need complicated triple wave undulating periodization to get fit...you don’t need complicated programs or movements...you don’t need complicated diets...you need an unwavering dedication to waking up day in and day out doing the boring stuff. 💪🏼💪🏼 What does this mean really? I’ll give you two things to do starting right now. Level 1 boring stuff. 1) Eat whole food. What’s whole food you ask? Let’s just say for 4 weeks you eat nothing that comes out of a box...cool? 2) Walk 30 min a day. If you cannot walk 30 min a day walk 10 min after dinner. That’s it.
