The Overnight Chia Series continues... The Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding is one of my ultimate favourites. Here's what I used to make it:
* 3 tbsp chia seeds
* 2 tbsp low glycemic peanut butter
* 1 tbsp organic cacao powder
* 1 tsp homemade vanilla extract
* 1 tsp organic maple syrup
* 1 cup almond milk
* Handful of chopped cherries and red grapes
Sprinkled a handful of my homemade Nutty Tahini Granola on top of the mixture (it has green grapes and cacao nibs in it too) before refrigerating overnight in time for breakfast.
