Practicing mindfulness and meditation doesn’t come naturally to me. I struggle to switch off and really immerse myself into my own thoughts. But the more I have been doing it, the more I’ve realised that it’s ok to not be good at it.
The main thing is that I’m trying. I’ve set a goal to meditate every day for the next month. If I miss a few days that’s ok. It’s consistency over a long period of time that makes the difference. Just like any other goal.
It’s ok if you aren’t perfect everyday. It’s about trying your best and not giving up when you fail. It’s about picking yourself up and trying again even when you don’t feel like you can 🙏🏼

leggings - I’m wearing a size small! Totally squat proof, and really seamless to the point it doesn’t even feel like you have them on (but a super tight waist band!)
