So here comes the post comp essay ☺️
I’m over the moon with today’s lifting.
Squat:105kg (7.5kg PB, my best lift of the day, chuffed doesn’t even begin to cover it)
Bench: 60kg (equal comp PB)
Deadlift: 125kg (2.5kg PB) ...
2nd overall female lifter, 8/9 lifts, 2 PBs and an overall comp total PB of 12.5kg (290kg @ 57.7kg body weight) ...
