So who just got stressed out by this pic?! I use to. It happens. Life gets the best of us sometimes. But we can change that.
We have the power to be whatever we want to be. You may not want to be super fit with a 6 pack, you may just want to be a certain pant size and feel comfortable. That was my first goal. It's a great goal. Health is the most important no matter your actual size.
Mental health is hard to talk about but it goes together with physical health. Exercising helps with mental health, but it takes time. After once good workout session you will have endorphins released that make you feel good, but they dont last long. You have to continue to work out to release those. Setting a pattern of working out 2-3 times a week is best. For me I needed 5 days. I was extremely depressed and I needed an escape.
When you continue to work out not only will you notice a difference in your mood and sleep but that's when the physical health starts to improve. You will start to lose weight, blood pressure will go down, lowers glucose levels, boost immunity, and strengthen bones!
What ever your goal is physical or mental, I can help you get there. I have been on both side, I understand.
