If I can do it, you can do it!
If this brand new mama, taking care of a little baby, who only 4 months ago was recovering from a c-section and could barely walk up the stairs can workout every day for the past month and a half, I know you can too.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying my life is harder, my physical health worse or my child more difficult than yours. This isn’t a comparison game.
What I’m saying is that most of the time, the reasons why we don’t do the things we “wish” we could do is because we don’t make them a priority. I could easily let all of those reasons above become excuses. But I don’t. Because I know that that’s just me playing small, and that doesn’t serve me or anyone around me.
And it’s easy to let go of those excuses, to realize that you’re capable of pushing past them if you want to. I know that’s not what you want to hear. But I’m not here to sugar coat it for you. To tell you that it’s ok, that maybe next time will be better or easier. Because it’s never easier. It’s NEVER going to be convenient. You have to MAKE it easy, by making it non-negotiable.

This is so true for me ⭐️ My most effective time is in the mornings when everyone else is asleep ⭐️ If I press snooze many times I lose my valuable business time and end up rushing around like a headless chicken. My morning routine is my must! ⭐️ My morning workout is my morning cuppa! It wakes me up and sets me up for the day. I am so used to it now that I feel little lost without it. Hence the reason I keep up with my workouts during holidays too. Life is just little less fun without those endorphins! ⭐️ Of course I don’t feel like getting up early every morning. And some mornings I do press snooze too many times. However I have learnt what works for me and my body so I try to remember that when I struggle to get out of bed. I write down my goals every morning which helps me to stay focused ⭐️ I listened audio book called Five second rule by Mel Robins which was a real game changer in this! I would recommend the book for everyone, whether you press snooze or not ⭐️ Are you a morning person? So often we let fear hold us back, keep us from pursuing something we’ve always wanted, myself included.
Constantly worrying about the negative side of a what if instead of the positive side. True, things may not work out, but if you don’t try you’ll never know if they will. And if it doesn’t work out, well then you’ve learned a great lesson. Doing things we fear makes us grow as humans, takes us one step closer to our bigger picture, toward our purpose in life.
Here’s to pushing your comfort zones. To taking risks. To pursuing our dreams with passion and purposes. To not letting a set back deter us from what we want. To constantly trying and trying over and over until we achieve our desired result.
Here’s to all of us who refuse to give up because we KNOW we’re meant for more!

I fear the grilling/wanting every meal cooked outside is coming to an end soon.
So we continue the grilling as much as possible with some surf and turf last night. I cut down on my steak portion to accommodate the shrimp i wanted.
Accompanied with a crease salad and quinoa with a little feta.
One of my favorite meals and super easy. The longest part is marinating the meat (if you want to). Lol .
We haven’t had quinoa in a while, no real reason except we forgot i guess. So it was nice to have a healthy carb type option back that’s easy.

If we could only teach you ONE thing to help you live a happier and healthier life, it would be our morning routine! We have been coaching women for years in health & fitness and it’s honestly STEP ONE to having success and reaching your goals! You need a morning routine girl! Here’s a simple list of suggestions that I personally include in mine to help get you glowing! .
⚡️ set your alarm for an hour and 15 minutes BEFORE you need to leave for work or before your kids wake up
⚡️ splash your face with water and read or say your 3-4 goals for the year as if they have already happened into the bathroom mirror
⚡️ enjoy a morning beverage (we drink our PreWorkout) while you read for 10 minutes (choose a motivational book/personal development book) ⚡️ move your body (we workout at home for 20-30 minutes with our online bootcamps) ⚡️ journal for 5-10 minutes ⚡️ fuel your body with a healthy breakfast ⚡️get outside for 5-10 minutes & connect with nature .

You know what a while ago I wouldn’t said this but I am happy with my body, I did some changes I feel fit ,strong ,energetic 🤗and it’s not perfect but it’s not what it used to be and that makes me feel good.
we can all make the changes that are necessary to match our life blueprint if we really wanted it.... it’s never too late it’s never too soon just decide💕
