Bylinky si môžete zvoliť aj podľa seba😉 ___________________________________ Baby špenát sparíme a zmixujeme s vajíčkom aj s Quinoa. Quinoa som mala vopred namočenú vo vode na noc. Vymiešame cesto, ak sa vám zdá mokré, pridajte si ešte trochu ovsenej múky, no myslím si, že to potrebné nebude. Ja mám silikónovú formu na kaiserky, ale kľudne si ich môžete dávať aj na plech vystlaný papierom na pečenie. What you need: - 2 eggs - 2 spoon of honey/ or stevia sweetener - 3 spoons whole meal flour - soy milk or fat reduce milk - natural yogurt - fruits you like - coconut oil 1. Whip egg white. 2. Mix yolks with honey , add to the whipped egg white , stir gently. 3. Add whole meal flour and some milk , if it’s too thick add some more milk or just water 4. Fry on a pan with a bit of coconut oil 5. Decorate with natural yogurt and fruits Enjoyyyy 😍🍓
Healthy fit cake ? Oh hell Yeaaaah 🍰 😍 Kinder country fit cake. What you need: Bottom: -100g raisins -100g peanuts -100g sunflower seeds -20g cocoa mass: - 1 large Greek yogurt - 200g of lean curd - 1/2 cans of coconut milk - 1 tablespoon of xylitol - 50g protein any flavour you like , I added strawberry -20g of gelatin -needed buckwheat and wheat grains (around 200g) Icing: -50 g of dark chocolate -1/2 cans of coconut milk 1. Nuts, raisins and seeds soak in water for an half hour .Then we cast water and blend it thoroughly. Add cocoa. 2. Add quark, natural yoghurt and coconut milk to a large dish. We add xylitol and add proteins. Blend it all for smooth mass. 3. Pour gelatin into the dish and pour in hot water (about 200ml). Mix till it’s melted . 4. Add the gelatine to the mass and blends again. We add expanded buckwheat and wheat grains. 5. Pour the cheese mass on previously poured bottom, smooth and put in the fridge for at least one hour. 6. In a pot, simmer the chocolate with coconut milk and stirring constantly. If it’s too thick, add some milk. With a ready topping, pour the finished dough on each side. Saturday Mood 🥞☕ I woke up wanting something sweet so I made for first time some peanut cinamoon pancakes ( with protein) 🥜🥜🥜 #topping Lemon juice and apples. Later I had another one with Greek yogurt ( which it gives a really creamy consistency and some grapes to make it sweeter) ---------- I am gonna remake them, improving it obviously because the dough was a bit dry but the end result was astonishing. _____ I used: 1 egg 1/3 protein 1 tbs cinamoon 2 tbs baking powder 7 tbs any milk 2 heaped spoons of peanut butter 1 tbs 'any healthy sugar' (because my protein is unsweetened) 1 cup oat flour 4 tbs Greek yogurt 1 tbs vanilla extract Pinch of salt #Steps Mix everything well. Using a non stick pan, line it with some oil spray . Turn heat to a low heat. Place 2 tbs of the daugh into the pan and spread out evenly forming a pancake shape and cook one side for 3 min. Oat Cookies ■The Ingredients I used : 5 Bananas (392g) Oats flour (118g / 1 cup) Rolled oats (220 g) Pecan nuts (55g) 1 egg (50 g) 120 ml of milk (1/2 a cup ) ■ PROCCES: My sister and me, we just mixed the "liquids first". In a bowl smash the bananas until you get a liquid consistency then add the egg, milk and keep mixing. Finally add the oats and the pecan nuts which should be chopped into tinny pieces before. ■ COOKING: Once you have a consistency similar to my 2nd picture, take a spoon which is gonna help you get a roughly similar cookie sizes. Just take some of the dough with the spoon and place it into your oven tray, giving it a rounded shape. You can squeeze it with the back of the spoon. ⚠️ Oven 180° for 12 min. Then take them out and flip them. Leave in the oven for them to brown for 2 min. Boom there you have oat cookies. ----- This is the 2nd time we make them, but first time we got them right. Meaning we followed a YouTube tutorial but modified it 😅 so it is healthier. Honestly they are so easy to make that I am gonna make more for next week with different toppings e.g chocolate chips. Because when you eat healthy you totally diminish the cookies leading you to miss them and once u have one cookie you can't stop binge eating. Blondies proteicos y además veganos! . . . Quise experimentar con mi lata de garbanzos y debo decir que quedaron deliciosos estos blondies llenos de nutrientes. ¿Sabían que por cada 100 gramos de garbanzo existen alrededor de 20 gramos de proteína? . Tienen mucha fibra por lo que ayudan a regular el tránsito intestinal. Para prepararlos use: 1 lata de garbanzos (o también 250 g de garbanzos cocidos) 3/4 taza de dátiles previamente hidratados(también puedes usar pasas de uva, o ciruelas) 1/2 taza de castañas de caju o almendras 1 taza de harina de arroz o quinoa 1/2 cdta de stevia 1 cda de aceite de coco 1 cdta de esencia de vainilla 1/2 taza de agua de remojo de los dátiles 1 cdta de polvo de hornear 1/2 taza de chips de chocolate (use el de Baure al 86% picado en pedacitos) Para preparar, meter los garbanzos, dátiles remojados y cajus a la procesadora. Si se complica, añadir un poco del agua de remojo de los dátiles, yo usé casi 1/2 taza. Una vez que se forme una masa homogénea, llevar a un bowl, añadir el resto de los ingredientes y mezclae. Llevar a un molde para horno previamente aceitado, yo usé un pyrex cuadrado, y llevar por 20 a 25 minutos al horno a 200°C. Salen húmedos y blanditos, pero sobre todo deliciosos!  Espero que los hagan y me muestren sus recetas ❤️ PD.
