Did you know that exercising raises your endorphins levels?😍🌸 That’s why it leaves you feeling soooo damn good. Don’t know if you can see it here, but I was smiling and laughing😂🌼. Aaaand, if you know me you know I love seeing other people all happy with smiles on their faces😁💛 Sooooo.......I’ve decided to post the workout I did a while before this picture of me was taken🥰 ⠀⠀ EQUIPMENT🏋🏽‍♀️: •Kettlebells (KBs) (I used like 2 sets bc I found it easier to work with 18lb i.e. just <8kg when I need x2 KBs for the specific exercise and then with a 12kg when I needed one KB for the exercise. Hope this makes sense.) ⠀⠀ 1. Bilaterally KB weighted alternating reverse lunges 🌼 3x20 (10 each side) ⠀⠀ 2. Goblet squat into Romanian Deadlift 🌼 3x10 (1 rep = Goblet Squat + a RDL) ⠀⠀ 3. Unilaterally KB weighted Curtsy lunge + Lateral lunge 🌼 3x8 ( 1 rep = Curtsy lunge + Lateral lunge) Found this to be super challenging - probably also had to do with the fact that I had socks on while doing these on wooden flooring👀😂So, add more friction (put shoes on or take your socks off - ended up doing the latter👀😂) if you’re not ready to mistakenly fall into the splits💀😂 ⠀⠀ 4. Weighted Bulgarian Squats 🌼 3x10/side ⠀⠀ 5. 3 x 30s sprint for extra some extra cardiovascular conditioning❤️ - Go at like 70% of the hardest you can push. You know yourself, best. But also, don’t cheat yourself or underestimate yourself😌. Felt this the most in my booty, my hamstrings and my inner thighs for the next few days😍✨. So, give it a go if you can & want to. Lessen the no. of sets if you must; ADD ANOTHER SET if you feel for a challenge✨; do it without the KBs with just bodyweight if you’ve got to. Do what makes you comfortable and with consistency, you will improve💛. You’re under no pressure to impress anyone. You’re your own competition🏋🏽‍♀️💕.
