💥4 Ways to Stop Night Time Overeating/Binging💥 . . The last word on the not eating enough and binging topics I brought up last week. Here’s a few tips to stop snacking/over eating at night: . . 1️⃣The problem with people ‘being good’ during the day is, whilst their food choices may be ‘healthy,’ they consume the calories of baby goat. Fuck all basically. So you had 1 boiled egg for breakfast followed by soup for lunch. Congrats, you’ve consumed 400 calories. No wonder when you sit down on the sofa your body is crying out for calories. What’s the quickest way to get calories? Consuming high sugar, high fat, highly palatable foods, that are hard to control and don’t do much for you nutrition wise. If you’ve eaten enough during the day, you won’t be as hungry in the evenings . . 2️⃣A trigger food is any food that causes you to lose all control and fall off the wagon. Chocolate/candy/cakes, that kind of stuff. Solution? Don’t have it in the house! More effort getting up and going to buy said foods, then having them calling you from inside the cupboard . . 3️⃣Often you’re not hungry, you’re just thirsty. Try consuming a zero calorie drink (water, herbal tea etc.) and you’ll find that often hits the spot . . 4️⃣Lastly, if you’re done eating for the day, brush your teeth and go to bed! How often have you wanted to eat after doing your teeth? Hardly ever. Besides, we could all use an extra hour in bed rather than being sat in front of the TV . . Remember the most important thing is your overall daily calories. If you have calories left over for night time snacks, then by all means, have at it 🤗 . . V posledních dnech je v mém directu velkým tématem PŘECHOD NA UDRŽOVACÍ PŘÍJEM PO DIETĚ. Už mockrát jsem zde psala, že já dnes v tomhle hodně jednám dle svého citu a ZKUŠENOSTÍ, které jsem převážně nabrala pod trenérem. Žádný výpočet nikdy nebude na milion procent přesný, ani inbody, ani Vaše chytré hodinky. Proto je potřeba to na sobě vyzkoušet a jít na to i maličko cestou pokus/omyl... Jak teda na to. Jste-li po dietě a chcete přejít zpět na udržovací kalorický příjem, bude velká pravděpodobnost, že bude jiný, než před dietou. Logicky, v deficitu jste shodili x kg a změnila (snížila) se Vaše tělesná hmotnost, tím pádem máte nižší bazální metabolismus a tím pádem i nižší kalorický příjem, na kterém budete danou váhu udržovat. Moje doporučení - jednoduše si spočítejte svůj nový udržovací příjem dle svojí nové váhy, aktivity atd. Rozumně se na výsledné číslo podívejte a zhodnoťte, zda by tomu mohlo odpovídat 😅 Aplikujte tenhle kalorický příjem a počkejte, co se bude dít. Možnosti: Budete stále shazovat a můžete si jídlo přidat, nebo se na váze objeví vyšší číslo (ne, nezačnete panikařit!) - počkáte 10/14 dní a pokud se váha neustálí, svůj příjem upravíte. Přidáte, či uberete. Kolik? To je otázka 😅Ale nehýbala bych určitě s více, než s 200 kcal. No a nebo to trefíte a váha se rovnou ustálí tam, kde chcete 😊 A ano, je tu i ta možnost, že budete na stejném kalorickém příjmu, jako jste byli před dietou! Jak? Jednoduše prostě přidáte na aktivitě. To je třeba můj případ, proto i na 2000kcal, které teď denně příjmám i poté, co jsem shodila 4,5kg, váhu udržuji, dokonce mi ještě klesla. Šecko jasný? Je to pořád ten stejný princip. Rovnice příjem vs. výdej. Nejsem žádný odborník, nemám žádné extra vzdělání, nejsem certifikovaný trenér, ani nečtu denno denně odborné studie v angličtině... Jen znám základní informace, principy a používám selský rozum 😊

When people say food is addicting, I imagine they're talking about these little MFers. Seriously, these are amazing and a 10/10. Taste and texture are OUT OF THIS WORLD. They're a cross between a blondie and a cereal bar, and it may be the most epic cereal combo I've ever been a part of, well minus fruity pebbles donuts from @donut_bar. My excitement and anticipation for these was Mt Everest high, and these far exceed that. If you are dieting, or just have poor self control, I would NOT advise purchasing these as your will power will be severely tested. That being said, if you do end up buying them be sure to send me a thank you note because your taste buds will be happy that you did and you're welcome. I found these in a massive box at @samsclub but I know they're becoming available at more and more stores. What's your favorite cereal combo/mashup?! I wanna know!
