🐟Polpette di TONNO e RICOTTA🐟 •230g di Tonno sott’olio sgocciolato •200g di Ricotta •2-3 filetti di acciughe •2 uova •40g di Pangrattato •Sale q.b. •Pepe q.b. •Prezzemolo q.b ••• 👩‍🍳Unite in una ciotola la ricotta, il tonno sbriciolato e le acciughe sgocciolate. Aggiungete il prezzemolo tritato, il pangrattato e in ultimo le uova leggermente sbattute. Miscelate insieme tutti gli ingredienti, aggiungete il sale e il pepe e terminate di impastare fino ad avere un composto compatto ed omogeneo. Formate le polpette e passatele nel pangrattato, disponetele su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno e fate cuocere a 180 gradi per 15 minuti circa ••• 👉Tonno...meglio quello in scatola o nel barattolo di vetro?🐟 Consiglio sempre di optare per i filetti nel barattolo di vetro, noterete subito una differenza nella consistenza e nel colore rispetto al classico tonno in scatola. @kohlipeto to try their amazing Thai food 🌶️ @kohlipeto is known for their authentic Southern Thai dishes which is also very spicy. Unfortunately, I am not that good with spicy food and had to opt for their normal menu which was also really delicious. We ordered the Kha Moo Tod (Fried Pork Knuckles), Guey Tiew Khaek, Pad Gra Prao, Mango Coconut Sticky Rice, Thai tea cake and Thai ice tea 🐷 . Everything we ordered was really delicious, however I found the Kha Moo Tod to be very dry while being very crispy. Perhaps I am just not used to the way it is made but this would not be a dish I would order again. The Mango Coconut Sticky Rice here is very unique as the mango bits and coconut milk are incased in a white chocolate shell that mimics a mango with little bits of rice puff on the bottom. Very delicious and fun as you get to crack the shell to get to the sweet mango bits.
