Highlights of the entrees was the Gujarati farsan, with khandvi ice cream each subtle flavour exploding into a virtual firework display on the tongue.
Mangsho was another delight, with superior texture the mutton Cooked to perfection;rich & Intense in flavours.
Tandoori Prawn Benedict (inspired by Eggs Benedict) was bursting with flavours.
Khichadi of India was a sophisticated knock-out punch with a theatrical spectacle.
The Dessert is just as impressive, the ‘Palang Tod’ – owing to its presentation and decadent components.Need I say we polished off every bit.
