out here! It's been nearly two years since I partially tore my rotator cuff. I wasn't able to do a damn pushup for nearly a year. But after getting an injection from an amazing doctor back in the ole' USA, I'm getting into shape out here in #asuncionparaguay

Managed to train upper again tonight after straining my neck last week. Kept this moderate and sensible
Bench Press: 80kg x 10/8/8
EZ Bar Row: 50kg x 10/10/8
DB Side Raises 6kg x 25/15/13
Overhead Tricep Extension: 12.5kg x 20/20/18
DB Hammer Curl: 10kg x 23/18/15
Legs tomorrow then back on track for upper on Thursday.
This set back has set my training block by a week. Which sucks but I will make the most of it by having a super productive leg training block. Pushing my quad volume up each week as they recover super easily.
Fingers crossed my neck pain completely goes soon!
