3 years ago ➡ 1 year ago ➡ Two days ago . . Physically, there's not too much of a difference in these pictures. But let me tell you some back story. . . The me all the way on the left had a couple addiction issues. I only ate when I was at work, so all I was eating was pizza. I didn't buy groceries or cook. My oven didn't work, I didn't have any counter space... It was just too much of a hassle to try and be healthy, so I basically lived off of rum and pepperoni 😅 . . The me in the center had juuuust started being consistent in her health and fitness journey. I had been a coach for three months and was pretty on point with nutriton, but ONLY being on point with nutrition will only get you so far. I needed my meal plan AND an exercise program I enjoyed to get me to my goals. . . Then there's the CUTIE on the right. 😍 Strong, confident, consistent. I still fall off the wagon sometimes but now I notice WAY faster than I used to and jump right back in. I'm apart of an amazing team of hard-working women who hold me accountable every day, and I don't even need to leave my home to be a part of that goal-oriented community. . . I'm getting healthy the HEALTHY way this time - not just losing weight by not eating or eating right but not exercising, but by fueling my body right with all the nutrients it needs and by working to tone and grow my muscles. . . You've gotta be in this journey for the long haul if you want to it last. And if you need some help or accountability along the way, slide on in to ya girl's DMs - I'm here for you 🤗

What’s up Peeps!!!! I’m back🗣 So I’ve joined challenge it’s no joke🤯 wanted to share with you guys just a little of what I’m doing for legs & glutes *I know I haven’t posted in a very long time but I’m no longer in a gym. As you’ll see I’m in my garage “gotta start somewhere right” Eventually I’ll have it all organized, nice & neat. Hubby has started getting equipment for me. Some new & old 🤷🏽‍♀️. I’m also working on getting my fitness & nutrition certifications so I can be legit 🤣 So it’s a lot going on right now. Please bare with me. Excuse the garage background🤷🏽‍♀️ this is a no judging zone 🙅🏽‍♀️ 1️⃣Back Squat 5x8 3-1-1 3 sec down then hold for 1sec then back up 2️⃣superset: Reverse lunge 3x8 each leg *these are hard for me as I’m new to doing lunges so I’m still working on form Sumo Squat 3x10 3️⃣SUPERSET-Deep Step-ups 3x8 each leg *these are intense if you do them correctly. Really focus on driving up with ball of foot and keeping that other foot planted firmly on the box driving up through the heel. Try not to bounce down hard.
