Fruits 🍍🍓: Strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, pineapple, bananas, clementines
Veggies🥦🥕: broccoli, spring mix, green leaf lettuce, eggplant, carrots, cucumbers, peppers, onions, asparagus, tomato
Protein/dairy 🥚🍗: eggs, chicken breast, lean ground turkey, yogurt, milk, tuna, cheese, Yasso frozen Greek yogurt
Grains/starches 🍠🥔: whole grain bread, brown basmati rice, quinoa, potatoes
Fats🥑🥜: avocado, avocado/olive oil, almonds, peanut butter
I always start in the produce section. Majority of the foods we eat throughout the week consist of fruits & veggies 😍 I love to vary foods from all food groups on a daily basis so having options readily available allows me to change things up throughout the week.
