EFFORT makes all the difference when it comes to seeing results in your body and mind
One thing we’ve noticed since using the myzone system is that it really highlights when you’re putting the effort in on your exercises vs just cruising through

just going through the motions on the first vid - good form but not really trying that hard - vs making each and every rep count on the second set (swipe left to see and hear the difference)
In the first, he doesn’t reach any higher than the green zone and recovers quite quickly. In the second, he hits yellow, the zone where you know you’re working, and isn’t able to recover as quickly meaning more effort was used
Now this is just a couple of small, isolated sets so while the difference doesn’t seem huge at at first glance, when you compound that effort over an entire session you really will see a huge difference in the outcome that you want!
Whether that’s improved fitness, changes in your physique or a good ol’ rush of endorphins, the effort you put in dictates the result you get out
Now we know not every day can be a world beater and all we ask of our BFAST fam is that they try their best for that day.
But we ALL have those days where if we asked our selves honestly if we could have pushed that little bit more, we’d know that the answer was yes - and those are the days where the best stuff happens - when you dig that little bit deeper, give your mind the middle finger and just do the work 👊🏽
