These values increases if an individual is involved in gym activities or is a sports person or an athlete and range can go upto 1.5 - 3.0 grams/kg of body weight depending upon the nature and intensity of the activity. ✔️ High protein diets are totally safe if you are a healthy person. ⚠️ Attention is required if there is a pre - existing kidney disease.
