Here’s our family recipe! 🎉
✨Fit Body Protein Pancakes✨
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (*Optional)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
6 Egg whites
1/2 cup Almond flour
2 tbs water (add more if needed.)
3-5 drops of Stevia (I like Vanilla or English Toffee flavored)
These Protein Pancakes are easy as one, two, three!
1) Mix all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
2) Heat a nonstick griddle (or large nonstick skillet) coated with olive oil cooking spray over medium heat. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto griddle. Turn pancakes over when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked to a golden brown.
3) Serve piping hot topped with a dollop of organic cream and your favorite berries.
✅FIT TIP: These Fit Body Protein Pancakes make great breakfasts. Make some extra and store for a snack or breakfast at a later time. They taste best if enjoyed within five days of making.

Awesome Sesade noodles recipe for today, just save and taste this delicious and healthy food.
4 bunches of Ramen noodles
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
3 cloves of Garlic
A thumbsized piece of Fresh ginger
2 teaspoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Sriracha
60 ml of Soy sauce
2 stalks of Spring onions
200 grams of Any steamed vegetables like bimi
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Then drain and set aside.
While the noodles are cooking, peel and grate/mince the garlic and ginger. Slice the spring onions.
Steam the vegetables of your choice. In my video I didn't use any vegetables but I suggest using green asparagus, broccoli, or a combination of both called bimi.
In a pan, heat up the sesame oil. Sauté the garlic and the ginger until soft and fragrant.
Add the sugar. Where I live, regular white sugar is vegan. You can use any type of sugar you want.
Sauté until the sugar is dissolved. Add the sriracha and soy sauce.
Turn down the heat to a medium high heat and leave until the sauce becomes sticky. Stir occasionally.
Add the noodles, the spring onions, and steamed vegetables and stir until everything is combined.
Taste and adjust. I added in a little more soy sauce and sesame oil.

Lo que quiero es que aprendan a ESCUCHAR a su cuerpo. Sigue tu plan normal, es un plan super balanceado y nutritivo, no te vas a aburrir. Pero aprende a escuchar a tu cuerpo... si UN día vez que tienes un MEGA antojo de algo, osea que REALMENTE te provoca algo, no te cohibas, por algo tu cuerpo te lo está pidiendo. No es que “ay quiero dulce” y todos los días vas a comer dulce, así no. Lo otro que ocurre es que la gente se porta super bien toda la semana y quieren que llegue rápido el fin de semana para darse un ATRACÓN (por no decirle JJJJARTURA, si, con J), luego sentirse culpables y al día siguiente querer hacer 3 horas de cardio y beberse 10 litros de agua y té verde.
Yo tenía como 2 semanas con antojo de burger, pero yo no como carne entonces hoy fui y me comí un vegan burger🤤 lo disfruté, sin culpas ni nada🥰
Let’s be real- a serving size of pasta is very underwhelming. When I have pasta I like to add lots of veg and chicken to make it more filling. I know a lot of people can relate to making a healthy dinner and feeling hungry 30 min later... so there’s a whole zucchini in this bowl.
