And the longer you linger in a Cold Play song the longer we gotta be over here groaning out in pain waiting for you to be revealed! You are a part of God’s physically manifested body and because you stubbed your spiritual toe in the 3rd grade you got the earth over here limping and stumbling because you rely on that toe stub story instead of violently taking your healing back by force. We need you Beloved. And this message isn’t to minimize your pain... I have suffered deeply along side you... I have suffered from my own traumatic stuff as well... But I daily do the work my soul must have number 1 for me... but also cause I know you need me the same way I need you. || So... you gonna have to stop letting your story be your crutch. 😬 I know it’s habitual and instinctual at this point but you’re not off the hook. The only way you will be happy is if YOU be happy. No one is coming to bring you some happy - not even Jesus. He is never getting back on the cross again. That work is complete. It’s done. Now if you will take hold of the promises of God and work out your own salvation daily you, too, can be well and whole... it’s literally all up to you. #HealThyself

Plant Based Pythons 🐍
People are kinda shocked when I tell them I haven't consumed protein powders of any kind since my early twenties so over 10 years now.
I always intuited that protein was an over hyped subject in relation to performance and most probably another industry scam. As a holistic health advocate and movement generalist I find that balance and intelligent stimulus are the greatest denominators of movement capacity along with strong desire to acquire new skill sets both of which have nothing to do with how much protein you're consuming.
Another huge factor for progress is RECOVERY and whey protein or protein in general is more often than not thrown into this conversation. However, IMO, their are several habits which supersede protein intake as superior recovery measures such as sleep quality, hydration, adequate rest, meditation and sound training programming.
I dropped the forearm pic, just to prove a point. I mean do I really need more muscle on my frame to progress and become a healthier more competent mover? This pic wasn't taken post workout when I was pumped, I just did some quick isometrics to amp up blood flow.
Anyway, hope this was food for thought.
