Some flowers of Mission Trail Regional Park..
Friends who hike together stay together
A little daddy/daughter hiking up Double Peak on this cool overcast Saturday.
Someone I passed on the way up asked if we switch halfway 😂🤣
Strolling along this trail, conveniently located in our backyard. Fairly easy (with delightful daisies all along your side) until you reach the hell hill that’ll have your thighs burnin. 📍Tecolote Canyon 🥾 #hikeSD
Perfect day to be on the trail
New story added to our Lost History section- 'Charles Hatfield: the Rainmaker'. Hatfield was hired by the city in 1916 to create rain as he had claimed to have successfully made it rain 500 times around the world at that point. He made it rain alright and ended up causing the greatest flood in San Diego's history! The Lower Otay dam burst killing villagers below, houses, people and animals submerged in rivers, it was a disaster! There are little remnants of this event scattered around San Diego that you can still visit. Locations where and the full story on this amazing man on our site. Link in bio! #hiddensandiego
