BALANCE IS NEEDED🙏🏽
🐯 combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement. Very similar to yoga it deals with strengthing your muscle stabalizers. Iso lifting brings some strength (and aesthetic) but creates imbalances through out your body. Focusing on holding key poses and learning fluid movement will help keep everything your bodying is lacking intact.
I know it sounds like I talk a good game but Im still a beginner (I suck) 😂 but practice makes perfect and always remember
try to switch up your routines all the time to work on the muscles you didn't even know you had!😉💪
Taking the time to slow down. Sounds pretty easy right? We have been so used to busy schedules and routines, having practically no plans has been a strange feeling. When we make the decision of where our next destination is, it feels like we’re in a big rush to get there. Not because we are truly on a time crunch but because it’s in our nature. But we are learning to slow down. When we chose this camp spot, we had no idea we were right by this gem. We woke up that morning and remembered we didn’t have to be anywhere at a specific time. We hiked down a small trail next to our van, and this was the view. Do you remember to take the time to slow down?
