Breakfast chili, meet breakfast pho! I tried my hand at @iheartumami.ny Beef Pho last week. Due to time, I didn’t make the broth from scratch, but I did infuse the boxed bone broth with the pho spice blends like the recipe said. I would infuse it with the broth for at least an hour to give it that delicious spice punch. I also decided to use a combo of zucchini noodles and sweet potato starch noodles from a local Asian grocery store. The texture was so similar to rice noodles! I loved them! I definitely will try this recipe again sometime with the homemade broth. You can’t go wrong with a delicious, steaming bowl of Paleo Pho! 🍜

We love Chinese takeout or a good asian stir fry. Did you realize you could throw together a healthy and delicious mongolian beef dish in about 25 minutes? We are grateful 🙌🏻 to ChihYu of I Heart Umami @iheartumami.ny for sharing her tasty recipe. As ChihYu explains, the key to good Mongolian beef is the heat of the pan and duration of the cook. It’s important to work with a very hot pan in order to get a crispy sear without overcooking the meat. This stir fry is simple and super quick to throw together on the fly 👌 . .
