If we have compound option like face pulls and high rows, why to go for reverse pec deck fly ?
As i always say neither compound nor isolation movements are great.
Different people have different goals and according to the goal you should decide whether what exercise is to pick. if one is in muscle gain programme then according to me, that person should go for isolation movement like reverse pec deck fly. The main function of rear deltoids is shoulder horizontal abduction which can be achieved 100% in reverse peck deck fly than other exercise like bent over dumbell raises.
