I did a test today (well I've been doing it for the last few years actually). Can I do an effective workout without pre-workout (like that ever happens😂), mirror, fancy equipment, fancy clothes, music and with my shirt on? Strangely enough, I made it and the world didn't stop. New deadlift PR: 350lbs. I signed up for the meet today, so 2 weeks out! 😊 - This was after 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x3. Followed by 3 inch deficit deadlifts and a bodybuilding-style back workout. I'm pretty tired now lol
