Varied Meal Prep Day 3!
Today’s meal was a chicken burrito bowl! The bowl itself was 0SP but I added salsa, 1SP of cheese,and 1SP of avocado!
Cauliflower cilantro rice (riced cauliflower cooked with 2T cilantro, salt, pepper, and lime juice)
1/2 can black beans
1/2 bell pepper and 1/4 yellow onion, sliced and sautéed
4oz chicken breast
All you gotta do is cook the cauli rice and veggies then layer your bowl! I microwaved it at work with the cheese, then topped with the salsa and avocado. Super tasty and another great meal choice!
