Don’t forget to book your classes for next week as they’ve been going to waitlist a lot lately which is amazing! But we don’t want anyone to miss out so book early to avoid disappointment! 💪🏽
Week after week you start to notice yourself getting one inch lower in that squat...your knees getting slightly higher and starting to manage a few more dips in the tricep track....
That feeling of accomplishment is like no other. Keep going amazing #bouncearmy
Getting lovely feedback is why I love doing what I do. For me teaching yoga to those who have not practiced before gives me such a sense of joy. Seeing people awaken their bodies and feel things they have may never have felt or at least for a long time is such an honour. Also seeing people surprise themselves about their own strength and flexibility is fantastic. If you've been thinking you'd love to try yoga but for one reason or another you've not, treat yourself to a one hour at home lesson with me. Find details on my website. Link in the bio. Happy Thursday. 💛
G O O D F O O D S. When we feel good we're eating well. When we feel bad we often make food choices that make us feel worse. I've been chomping these salads for the last three days as a little kickstart from my holiday. I have been super productive since eating more healthily and my sleep is a lot better for it too. This dinner was a 2 minute microwave grains and pulses pack with lettuce, homegrown tomatoes, olives, pesto, mozzarella, beetroot and cucumber. No more than 5 minutes to make I recommend this tasty treat to anyone needing a little boost. 💚🌱
Magic sponge saves the day along with some Valet Pro Leather Soap and Protector 💎
P R O G R E S S. When you think of yoga you usually envisage a really bendy person contorting into all sorts of shapes. I've generally never been that flexible but since practicing yoga for the last couple of years I've noticed big changes in my flexibility. Before my teacher training I did a class a week and some home practice but since my training I understand and more importantly appreciate the effect of regular asana practice. I try to practice every day although since getting back from holiday and suffering jetlag AND having graduation it is more difficult. What I notice is that my body craves yoga. It needs the regular stretching and breathing exercises to prevent me getting achy, tired and more noticably - cranky. If you've toyed with the idea of practicing yoga, have a look at my website for details on my one-to-one yoga lessons. Happy Tuesday everyone 💛
