34N 118W x Anthropologie, 2018 - By this time we had tucked 34N into a drawer, only to be brought out for special projects. It takes a lot of resources to build a brand, especially in the age of instafluencers, no matter how great your collection is... leadership felt it was the wrong time to invest in this brand. They say it takes five years to break even with a collection. I think we did pretty good for two years. We still designed small little capsules under the label for the use of specialty fabrics that felt just right for us. For example, this leopard jacquard top and pant set. I love this look, and on top of it all it’s being modeled by one of the most brilliant minds in food/experience @lailacooks
